DIVISION OF LAND NO. 0551-34-3-RE-37
DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 65, TOWNSHIP 8 NORTH, SECTION 34
SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (S SW. ) :
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972, the General Assembly of the State of Colorado,
enacted Senate Bill #35, as relative to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes,
and
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to
comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, adopted for recording of plat number 0551-34-3-RE-37 as
provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations)
for Weld County, Colorado.
Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
subdivision is more particularly described as follows:
The South Half (Si) of the Southwest Quarter (SWI) of Section 34,
Township 8 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado,
being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
Southwest Corner (SWCor) of said Section 34 and considering the West
line of said Section 34 as bearing North 00°00'00" East, with all
other bearings contained herein relative thereto; Thence North
00°00'00" East, along the West line of said Section 34, 1,305.77
feet to the Northwest Corner (NWCor) of the South Half (S2) of the
Southwest Quarter (SWe) of said Section 34; Thence South 88°38'12"
East, 2,632.21 feet; Thence South 00°00'42" East, 1,309.33 feet to
point on the South line of said Section 34; Thence North 88°33'34"
West along the South line of said Section 34, 2,632.56 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
Said described parcel of land contains 78.993 acres, more or less
'including a 30 foot strip of gound on the West and South sides for
County Road Right-Of-Way purposes, and is subject to any rights-of-
way or other easements as recorded by instruments of record or as now'
existing on said parcel of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign
the plat of a division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
Subdivision No. 0551-34-3-RE-37, for recording.
The above and foregoing resolution cwas, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
