DESIGNATING DEPOSITORIES FOR THE
FUNDS OF WELD COUNTY:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the following banks in Weld County be and they are hereby designated
as depositories for the funds of Weld County and the County Treasurer, Francis M.
Loustalet, is authorized and instructed to secure the said deposits according to
law, as so stated in the Colorado Revised Statutes, 1963, at Chapter 35-7-8:

with a resolution approving and designating the following
banks and loan companies for the deposit of county funds :

Bank of Greeley, Cache National Bank; West Greeley National
Bank, State Bank of Greeley, First National Bank of Johnstown ,
First National Bank of Windsor, Farmers National Bank of
