All applications were reviewed and scored by a diverse 15-member panel with representatives from CDHS,county departments of human services, research/evaluation,judicial/legal, public health, providers,Tribes, and constituents. CDHS has committed$1.5 million in total for this funding opportunity, and unfortunately, your application did not meet the cutoff for funding during this first round (of six total rounds). As more funding is released,we will keep your application on file and may be in a position to fund it during future rounds. I am more than happy to provide specific feedback on your proposal if that would be helpful. Please reach out to me directly to discuss further. Thank you for taking the time to apply for transition funds, and for all that you and your organization are doing every day to ensure the safety, well-being, and permanency of children and youth in Colorado.
