Bids were received and opened on April 7, 2021 for B2100080 VMware maintenance
and support. Eight (8) bids were received ranging from $74,768.00 to $76,724.71.
Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. The bid responses of
Flysoft Inc, Mvation Worldwide Inc, vCloud tech Inc, and Zivaro Inc were disqualified as
they did not meet the specified requirements. Saitech Inc. out of Freemont, CA
proposed the lowest cost solution of $74,768.00 and meets the needed functionality
documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2100080 VMware
maintenance and support to Saitech Inc, for a total amount of $74,768.00.
