of Weld, as successor -in -interest to Robert Stanley Company ("Lessor"), and SpectraSite
Communications, LLC, as successor -in -interest to Tower Asset Sub, Inc. ("American Tower,
Lessee")

Dear Lessor,
This letter shall serve as confirmation of the date of the expiration date of the above -referenced
Lease. By its terms, the Lease expired on December 20, 2020. Per Section 11 of the Lease, upon
expiration of this Lease ownership of the Tower Facilities (as defined in the Lease) which are property of
the Lessee shall automatically revert to Lessor and thereafter, Lessor shall have the total responsibility
for all maintenance and any and all liabilities which may arise due to or in connection with such Tower
Facilities. Accordingly, all responsibilities with regard to the Tower Facilities have transferred effective
December 20, 2020.
