RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the term for a certain position on the Juvenile Community Review Board will
soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Tyler Fittz to said board as the Division of Youth Services Alternate, with a term to expire
November 1, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Tyler Fittz be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Juvenile Community
Review Board, with a term to expire November 1, 2023.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 24th day of November, A.D., 2021, nunc pro tunc November 9, 2020.
