Re: 50%personal property tax incentives for new equipment; Town of Windsor
Dear Commissioner Freeman:
Pursuant to§ 31-15-903 (4), C.R.S., I am writing to inform the Commissioners that the
Town of Windsor has successfully negotiated an agreement for economic incentives for
location of Lineage Logistics in Great Western Industrial Park. They will be adding
$25,000,000 in new equipment. A 50%personal property tax reimbursement for a period
of 10 years has been provided in the agreement.
