RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Town of Briggsdale, Weld County, Colorado,
has requested storage space for its ambulance in the county's building
known as Building No. 20 located at Briggsdale, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, is agreeable to lease to the Town of Briggsdale, for the use
and benefit of the Town, the necessary space in said county owned
Building No. 20 located on the following described property, to-wit:
Beginning at a point forty (40) feet west of the Northwest
Corner of the Town of Briggsdale, Colorado, running
thence West a distance of fifty (50) feet; running thence
South a distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet; running
thence East a distance of fifty (50) feet; running thence
North a distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet to place
of beginning, all being in the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter (SW4NW4) of Section Twenty-eight
(28), Township Eight (8) North, Range Sixty-two (62)
West of the Sixth P. M. , Weld County, Colorado,
as per Lease Agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, agrees to lease to the Town of Briggsdale, for the use
and benefit of the Town, space for its ambulance at the hereinabove
described premises, as per said agreement and as therein recited.

LEASE AGREEMENT
This Lease, made and entered into this 22nd day of March,
1972, by and between THE COUNTY OF WEI.17, STATE OF COLORADO,
hereinafter called the Lessor, and THE TOWN OF BRIGGSDALE, here-
inafter called the Lessee,
WITNESSETH:
The parties hereto, for the consideration hereinafter mentioned,
covenant and agree as follows:
1. The Lessor hereby leases to the Lessee space for Lessee's
ambulance upon the following described premises, to-wit:
Beginning at a point forty (40) feet west of the Northwest
Corner of the Town of Briggsdale, Colorado, running
thence West a distance of fifty (50) feet; running thence
South a distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet; running
thence East a distance of fifty (50) feet; running thence
North a distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet to place
of beginning, all being in the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter (SW4NTW-4-) of Section Twenty-eight
(28), Township Eight (8) North, Range Sixty-two (62)
West of the Sixth P. M. , Weld County, Colorado,
to be used exclusively for ambulance storage and related purposes only
by the Town and at no cost to the Town.
2. To have and to hold the said premises for a term of one (1)
year beginning March 22 , 1972 and ending March 22 , 1973, and
to continue from year to year thereafter unless sooner terminated by
either party giving at least thirty (30) days written notice to the other party
of its intention to so terminate.
3. Lessee shall furnish the Lessor with a certificate evidencing
that it has in force adequate insurance covering personal liability and
property damage and guarantees to hold Lessor harmless from any and
all damages that might arise as a result of said occupancy by Lessee.
4. If said premises be destroyed by fire or other casualty, this
Lease shall immediately terminate. In case of partial destruction or
damage, so as to render the premises untenantable, either party may
terminate the Lease by giving written notice to the other within fifteen
(15) days of the occurance of such event.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto subscribed
their names as of the date first above written.
