RE: APPROVE BILL OF SALE AGREEMENT FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
INSTALLED AT MEAD GRADER SHED AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - LITTLE
THOMPSON WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Bill of Sale Agreement for Water System
Improvements installed at the Mead Grader Shed between the County of Weld, State of Colorado,
by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Facilities
Department, and the Little Thompson Water District, with further terms and conditions being as
stated in said agreement, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said agreement, a copy
of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Bill of Sale Agreement for Water System Improvements Installed
at the Mead Grader Shed between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Facilities Department, and the
Little Thompson Water District, be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of February, A.D., 2021.

Subject: Mead Grader Shed — Water Line Bill of Sale (2020-3754)
Weld County established an easement for the new Mead Grader Shed located at 5698 County Road 34,
Mead through Resolution 2020-3754. This easement allows the water line to be installed to a new water
meter serving the site. In order for Little Thompson Water District the ability to assume responsibility for
all future repairs of the water line from the tap to the meter, they have requested a "no -cost" bill of sale
of the pipe. The attached exhibit is this "no -cost" bill of sale that conveys the pipe to Little Thompson
Water District so they can maintain any future repairs.
Therefore, Buildings & Grounds is recommending approving this Bill of Sale.
