Please be advised that on December 21, 2020, Martin Marietta Materials, Inc., whose .address and telephone
number are 1800 N. Taff Hill Road, Fort Collins, CO 80521; (970) 227-4041, filed an application for a/an
Surety Release Request (SL- 2) to M2011001, Iverson Mine, which is located approximately 0.9 miles
North of Greeley, Section 34, Township 6N, Range 66W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld County.
Full Release Request
The application decision is scheduled for February 19, 2021. Written comments or objections to the
application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Peter S. Hays at the Division of
Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303)
866-3567 x 8124.
Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the
application review process. The Division is required to provide a thirty (30) day period following a decision
on the release application to allow for appeals to its decision.

Acreage Release Request for 1.5 Acres for the conveyor corridor and railroad crossing, reducing the
permitted acreage from 66.5 to 65.0 acres.

approximately one mile north of Greeley, Colorado, at or near Section 34, Township 6N, Range
66W, of the 6th Principal Meridian, in Weld County.
