Bids were received and opened on April 13, 2021 for B2100084 Dell EMC maintenance
and support. Four (4) bids were received ranging from $197,363.00 to $218,684.70.
Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. The bid response of The
Jasper Group International, Inc was disqualified as they did not meet the specified
requirements. Lewan Technology out of Denver, CO proposed the lowest cost solution
of $197,363.00 and meets the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2100084 Dell EMC
maintenance and support to Lewan Technology, for a total amount of $197,363.00.
