Na "Y'7t1ff' C X r.L Mary Ann Feuerstein, Recorder RESOLUTION o1 WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on Monday, June 14, 1971, in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing the petition of Leonard Mosley, Box 171, Fort Lupton, Colorado, requesting a change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "I" Industrial District, and WHEREAS, the petitioner was present, and WHEREAS, there was no opposition to the change of zone, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testimony and statements of those present, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the request of the petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission, and having been fully informed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that the petition of Leonard Mosley for change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "I" Industrial District, said area being more particularly described as follows: Two parcels of land located in the East Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (EZEZNW1) of Section Three (3), Township One (1) North, Range Sixty-six (66) West of the Sixth P.
