The viewers recommend the granting of this road on certain conditions as we find the cost of material is very high the viewers recommend the owner of said sections 5-6-7 township 10 range 65 to put in two automobile gates and also leaving the present gates stand at said point so the people can get to the school house in the southwest corner of section 5 until such time as the people will demand the opening of said gates and being fenced.
