Magdalena,
PC stands for Planning Commission. This case is scheduled to be heard before the Weld County
Planning Commission on March 16th at 12:30 p.m. The Planning Commission will hear the case and
all testimony provided by Staff, the applicant and the public and forward a recommendation of
approval or denial to the Board of County Commissioners. The hearing before the Board of County
Commissioners is scheduled for April 14th at 10 a.m. where they will make a final determination of
approval or denial of the land use application.
We will attach your comments below into the record in which the Planning Commission and Board
of County Commissioners will see when reviewing the case. if you wish to submit further comments
in a letter or email, please email Chris Gathman at cgathmin�lov.com prior to the hearing and
it will all be included in the record. Alternatively, you may also attend the Planning Commission and
Board of County Commissioner hearings and voice your opposition.

Good morning.
I would like for someone to explain to me what is a PC meeting -
I am very much opposed
to this plan.
There are few houses around the
site planned for this facility. We
are building very close to
the propose
dog facility, one of the benefits to
build there is the quite, tranquil
environment that my land
offers. Dog
barking all the time? Is not what I
paid good money for.
There are few residential homes around the site planned for this facility. Where are the dogs coming
from? it should be built where the dogs live, This will only increase traffic that as it is, very congested
AND noise.
Please explain what PC means and what are my options to try to stop this project.

To whom it may concern,
We are writing to recommend that the Commercial Recreational Facility (dock diving facility
for dogs) be granted permission to move forward with its building. As the closest neighbor to
the proposed facility, we have been impressed with the communication and thoughtfulness
shown to us. The owners of said facility are very mindful of the placement of the facility as
not to impact our mountain views and to keep the noise level at an acceptable level on event
days.
We are confident in recommending the building of this facility. The owners of this facility,
our neighbors, are very willing to address any questions or concerns we have. We feel
confident that they will be very responsible and courteous neighbors. This facility will be a
great addition to the area.
