Home My WebLink About710027.tiff i' VD-9 INa. 1706819-,Mary Ann Feuerstern, Recorder RESOLUTION )—( WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on Monday, August 9, 1971, in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing the petition of Panhandle Western Gas Company, c/o Walker Miller, Attorney, 1004 9th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80631, requesting a change of zone from "A" ,� Agricultural District to "I" Industrial District, and --I WHEREAS, the petitioner was present and represented by its counsel, Walker Miller, and WHEREAS, there was no opposition to the change of zone, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testimony and statements of those present, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have studied the request of the petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld ,' County Planning Commission, and having been fully informed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that the petition of Panhandle Western Gas Company for a change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "I" Industrial District, said area being more particularly described as follows: All that part of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Three (3) North, Range Sixty six (66) West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner (SE Cor) of said Southwest Quarter (SW4), thence North 0° 9' West a distance of 690 feet; thence South 89° 37' West a distance of 660 feet; thence South 0° 9' East a distance of 690 feet; thence North 89° 37' East a distance of 660 feet to the point of beginning and containing 10. 5 acres more or less, is hereby granted under the conditions following: 1. That any water and sanitation facilities to be installed shall be approved by the State Health Department. 2. All applicable subdivision regulations and zoning regulations shall be followed and complied with in accordance with the Zoning Resolutions of Weld County, Colorado.
