Pursuant to the terms of Oil and Gas Lease dated May 9, 1984 between Weld County, Colorado, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, by the Board of County Commissioners, as Lessor, and Golden Buckeye Petroleum Corporation, as Lessee, recorded in Weld County, CO at Reception No. 1969212, INP hereby requests your consent to assign this lease to Grey Rock. Please properly execute this Letter in the space provided below and return one executed copy to INP prior to March 1, 2020. In addition, a check for $100.00 made out to the Weld County Board of Commissioners, which covers the assignment of lease fee, is enclosed. Upon receipt, please acknowledge receipt of this check by signing below and returning in the pre -stamped envelope provided in this packet. When Golden Buckeye originally took this OGL from Weld County, they owned 100% of the OGL. Over the course of the time, Golden assigned (sold) a percentage of the rights to the OGL to third parties. The rights to an OGL can be assigned in any percentage, so for example, if Golden assigned a 1.00% interest in the OGL to 100 people, and those people still owned it to this day, then the OGL would technically be owned by 100 people, and not Golden. When it comes to the 1.0783 acre tract that Buchanan/Scotia owned, our records show that they owned a 29% interest in the OGL (29% of 1.0783 gross acres comes out to 0.312707 net mineral acres), with Noble owning the remaining 79%. With this separate ownership in place, Incline is strictly requesting a consent to assign our 29% to Grey Rock. The portion Incline acquired from Buchanan/Scotia Gas, how many acres do you show that lease to be? And when you say Noble and Incline both own a share of the lease, does that mean you each lease a certain amount of acreage or does that mean a percentage of the lease? I show Noble acquired the lease via Reception No. 3534181, in 2007. If Noble still has interest in a portion, I'm not sure how Incline can assign their portion, unless you can clearly identify what Incline's portion is, specifically. Does that make sense?
