RE: APPROVE AGREEMENT FOR 2021 WELD COUNTY FAIR ONLINE MARKETING
SERVICES AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - CCI.LIVE, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Agreement for the 2021 Weld County
Fair Online Marketing Services between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through
the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the CSU Extension Service of
Weld County, and CCI.live, LLC, commencing upon full execution of signatures, and ending
July 25, 2021, with further terms and conditions being as stated in said agreement, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said agreement, a copy
of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Agreement for the 2021 Weld County Fair Online Marketing Services
between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the CSU Extension Service of Weld County, and
CCI.live, LLC, be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 12th day of July, A.D., 2021.

Brief description of the problem/issue:
The Jr. Livestock Sale committee would like to hire a platform to live stream the Jr. Livestock Sale
and also be able to take Online bidding for the Jr. Livestock Sale on August 2, 2021.
What options exist for the Board? (include consequences, impacts, costs, etc. of options):
Costs associated have already been incorporated in Jr. Livestock Sale Committee Budget for 2021.
Recommendation:
Weld County Fair recommends to accept agreement with CCi Live for 2021 Jr. Livestock Sale.
Agreement has already been reviewed by legal and was OK with it.

TERMS of AGREEMENT with CCI.LIVE for New Clients
To Farm or Operation Requesting Online Marketing Services :
CCl.live charges a base rate upon prior agreement, with added cost, if needed, for video dispaly, sales exceeding three
hours in length or for longer travel times. All other expenses are included. Base price will be confirmed via email each
year at sale booking time.
Please take a moment to look over the terms and conditions of CCI.live. We know that a handshake is the most
important part of doing business, but we want to make sure we have outlined the agreement of your sale. We greatly
appreciate your business and understand how important your sale is!
CCI REQUIREMENTS:
(1) CCI.live logo should be placed in the catalog on the main info page and be at least one full column in width or at
least two inches wide. The use of "How to bid online" artwork is strong encouraged but not required.
(2) The sale facility must meet the internet requirements and have an upload speed of 4 MB UPLOAD (not download).
Please call for additional information, we will be glad to help.
(3) CCI.live requires that, as a company, they are the exclusive and sole internet bidding service provider on sale day
for your auction. CCl.live will not operate as a co -provider of internet services for an auction, unless a special prior
arrangements are agreed upcn.
**As a contractor of services and IF or WHEN CCI.live performs services for the listed individuals, I understand and
agree to the following listed terms of service. Also, by allowing CCI.live to perform these services, the stated farm,
ranch or individuals agree to the following.
CCI.live is only an agent or service providing a platform for on line guests to either view the auction or view and bid on
the lots selling. Under the guidelines of the USDA Packers and Stockyards Program(www.gipsa.usda.gov/psp/psp.aspx),
our service and company is not liable or responsible for the payment of the purchases made within our system.
All information pertaining to the lots purchased and the buyers registered for the auction will be disclosed to the sellers
immediately following the sale. Any person requesting bidding credentials within the CCI.live platform, must submit
name, address, phone, email, bank name, bank phone and a bank contact.
Christy Collins, Inc or CCI.live, LLC is not liable for any unlikely breech of security or false impersonations that may occur
among registered guests in the system. As a service oriented company, CCI will do our best to register legitimate buyers,
however we can't guarantee any purchases made through our platform or the collection of the purchase prices. As the
seller and service provider we understand there is always the unfortunate calculated risk in any live auction. CCl.live is
NOT liable to any buyers or sellers for loss of purchase due to internet difficulty or otherwise.
CCI.live retains the right to reuse services to any farm, sole proprietor or operation, at anytime prior to or following this
agreement. CCI.live will execute the most professional service under the terms agreed upon between ourselves and the
seller of the livestock or generics.
**By allowing CCI.live to perform services, the stated farm, ranch or individuals involved agree to the terms listed
on this form. We appreciate your business and your confidence.
