CO to be competitive with Nunn the values have skyrocketed. Pierce had an explosion of newe home to the west edge of town, I don't count as I am not buying or s3elling, but my guess 50 new hoes and still filling in that development. Home built with "with TODAYS" standards, which id good and legal. However my home was built in 1946 (75 YEARS AGO!!!). I feel my home is a nice home, small in todays standards, but works for me (one) resident. It was built by the Foster family, from a barn they bought east of Nunn in, tore it down, brought the salvaged wood to Nunn and built this home. Tell me how the HECK you can equate this 75 year old home, built with salvaged wood from a barn, to one built in Pierce in the last 5 years??? Tell me!!! I have to go through this procedure with you people every 2 years! YOU raise the HECK out of the value & I protest. In the past your evaluators have been understanding, but not this year! A value jump of $45,409 to a value of nearly $300,000 for a 75 year old home build out of wood salvaged from a barn. think you need to get real with this??? This is unrealistic.
