This letter is to inform you that Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) has completed the
evaluation of proposals received in response to RFP 2021000263 — PSSF Sites. CDHS intends to award
the following vendors the work identified in the solicitation:

Provided no protest regarding this solicitation and award is received prior to 5:00 PM Mountain
on July 15, 2021, it is the intent of the CDHS to enter into a contractual agreement with the
identified vendor in compliance with the terms and conditions stated in the solicitation, published
addenda, and the response proposal. Final award will be contingent upon successful contract
discussions.
