Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of subdivision is more particularly described as follows: A tract of land being the WZ SWi Section 24, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado and being more par- ticularly described as: Considering the West Line of said Section 24 to bear North 00°00'00" West all other bearings relative thereto: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Section 24, Thence; North 00°00'00" West 2651.22 feet Thence South 89°24'18" East, 1320.11 feet; Thence South 00°05'58" West, 2653.16 feet; Thence North 89°19'07' West, 1315.52 feet to the point of beginning.
