TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and, particularly, to the electors of the proposed Platte River
Metropolitan District, Weld County, Colorado (the "District").
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election by mail ballot will be held Tuesday, November
2, 2021. Ballots will be distributed by U.S. Mail sent not earlier than October 11, 2021, and not
later than October 18, 2021, to all active registered electors of the District.
The address of the location for application and return of mail ballots is 6915 S Cook Way,
Centennial, CO 80122 (the "Mail Ballot Drop -Off Location"). Beginning October 11, 2021, the
Mail Ballot Drop -Off Location will be open from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday; and
7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Election Day, Tuesday, November 2, 2021. Ballots must be received by
7:00 p.m. on November 2, 2021.
The purpose of the election is to authorize the imposition of property taxes, to authorize the issuance
of debt, to submit questions regarding the collection, retention and spending of revenues.
Ballot Issues Certified by the District include:
• Platte River Metropolitan District Ballot Issue 5A (Operations and Maintenance Mill Lvy - Ad
Valorem Taxes)
• Platte River Metropolitan District Ballot Issue 5B (Operations and Maintenance - Fees)
• Platte River Metropolitan District Ballot Issue 5C (Multiple Fiscal Year IGA Mill Levy)
• Platte River Metropolitan District Ballot Issue 5D (Regional Improvements Mill Levy)
