RE: ASSIGN COMMISSIONERS TO COORDINATE DEPARTMENTS FOR 2021
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-6 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter, each of the
major departments of County government, as established by Article IV of said Charter, shall be
coordinated by one Commissioner with assistance from another Commissioner, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint the Commissioners to coordinate
departments as follows:
DEPARTMENT
Department of Finance and
Administration
Department of Health Services
Department of Planning Services
Department of Public Works
Department of Human Services
COORDINATOR/ASSISTANT

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the above named Commissioners be, and hereby are, appointed as
coordinators and assistants of the departments as hereinabove set forth, all in accordance with
Section 3-6 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
