On the /1/ day ofAO 19,?/ pursuant to the provisions of the Water Conservancy Act of Colorado, Colorado Revised Statutes 1963, as amended, Sections 150-5-1 to 150-5-50, both inclusive, there was filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court, sitting in and for Weld County, Colorado, a Petition for Inclusion of an Area in Central Colorado Water Conservancy District. 2 . The general description of the purpose of the said inclusion and the contemplated improvement thereof is as follows , to-wit: The participation in the acquisition of water rights and the benefits of all of the filings , statements, applications for water rights now pending in the Water Courts of Water Divisions 1, 2 , 4, and 5 under the Water Right Determination and Administration Act of 1969, and the petition for adjudications in Water Districts 36 , 37 , 51 and 52 under the Adjudication Act of 1943, an interest in a conditional decree to Narrows Reservoir awarded by the District Court in and for the County of Weld and State of Colorado, and such other applications for water rights , augmentation, exchange and water management as said Conservancy District may determine. 3. The territory to be included in said proposed inclusion and the property to be benefited by the proposed inclusion lies in the Counties of Weld and Morgan, State of Colorado, and is described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein C. 720505 5OCCACD by reference and made a part hereof. 4.
