Assessor Dones thanked the Board of Equalization for their consideration and made closing
remarks. Chair Moreno and Commissioner James expressed their gratitude to Assessor Dones
and the Assessor's Office Staff.
At the request of the property owners, Commissioner James moved to Administratively Deny
various accounts and to approve the Stipulation Agreements for the various accounts, as
submitted by Assessor Dones on Exhibit A to the Final Determination Resolution. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Saine. Commissioners Freeman and Buck thanked the Assessor's
Office for their diligence. There being no further discussion, the motion carried unanimously.
There being no further discussion, the hearing was adjourned at 1:05 p.m.
