DETERMINED TO BE FXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 65 WEST, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, SECTION 3
ALL OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (EzSWG) AND
APPROXIMATELY EIGHT (8) ACRES LYING IN THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST
QUARTER
WHEREAS , on May 5 , 1972 , the General Assembly of the State
of Colorado , enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of
the Colorado Revised Statutes , and
WHEREAS, on August 30 , 1972 , the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado , adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld
County, Colorado to comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35 , and
WHEREAS , the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended
to the Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number
0803- 3- 3-RE96 as provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations
(exemption rules and regulations) for Weld County, Colorado.
Said division of land determined to be exempt from the
definition of subdivision is more particularly described as follows :
All of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter and
approximately eight (8) acres lying in the West Half
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 6 North ,
Range 65 West of the 6th P .M. , County of Weld, State of
Colorado, more particularly described as follows :
Considering the South line of said Southwest Quarter as
bearing North 89°51 ' 25" Fast with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto .
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Southwest Quarter;
thence along the South line of said Southwest Quarter North
89°51 ' 25" East 1 , 186 . 00 feet to the True Point of Beginning .
Thence continuing along said South line North 89°51 ' 25"
East 611 . 51 feet ; thence parallel isith the North-South
Centerline of said Section North 0 12 ' 37" West 125 . 00
feet ; thence parallel with the South line of said South-
west Quarter North 89°51 ' 25" East 850. 00 feet to a point
on the North- South Centerline of said Section 3, said
point lying 125 . 00 feet North of the Southeast Corner of
said Southwest Quarter ; thence along said North- South

Center of said Section ; thence along the East-West Center-

NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be and he
is hereby authorized to sign the plat of a division of land determined
to be exempt from the definition of Subdivision 0803- 3- 3-RE96 , for
recording.
