HomeMy WebLinkAbout730766 ti ; RESOLUTION DIVISION OF LAND NO. 0805-16-1-RE-81 DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION RANGE 66WEST, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, SECTION 16 PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NEq) : WHEREAS, on May 5 , 1972 , the General Assembly of the State of Colorado , enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and WHEREAS , on August 30 , 1972 , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35 , and WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 0805-16-1-RE- 81 as provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations) for Weld County, Colorado . Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of subdivision is more particularly described as follows : A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter (NE',) of Section 16, Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the Sixth P .M. , Weld County, Colorado and being more particularly described as follows : Commencing at the NorthEast Corner (NECor) of said Section 16 , considering the East Line of said Section 16 to bear South with all other bearings relative thereto : Thence South along the East Line of said Section 16, 620 . 00 feet to the True Point of Beginning : Thence continuing South along the East Line of said Section 16, 855 . 59 feet ; thence S 88°53 ' W 600 . 00 feet to a point on the Easterly Line of a Seepage Ditch; thence along the Easterly Line of said Seepage Ditch by the following four bearings and distances : N 35°09 ' W 99 . 71 feet; N32°25 'W 146 . 00 feet N35°36 ' W 600 . 00 feet ; N25°47 ' W 168 . 88 feet ; thence N88°53 ' E 1158 . 51 feet to the true point of beginning .
