I, Steven Gill and family, luring adjacent to the north of this property, we also have additional
apposition to allowing this proposal. They are;
1- It is agg property not commercial property. They should have known that they were not
supposed to operate a commercial business there since just up the road about a mile
the county made an associate of his move out basically the same type of trucks and
equiptment.
2- The noise that others hear, we are within 180 to 200 feet of where the vehicles park and
where most of the noise takes place. Running loud equiptment, people shouting at o n e
another, people honking their horns, backup beepers on trucks and equiptment is heard
inside our house and even have had to turn up the volume on the TV to hear it over the
noise and their engine brakes slowing trucks down to enter their property even when
there is a sign posted saying no engine brakes. This happens literally 24 hours a day.
3- The thick dust and dirt blowing off their large graveled area and parking area blow
across our property and at times making it hard to see and breath. The dust inside our
house has also become unbearable.
4- There is trash bowing onto our property. Plastic and foam cups, fast food bags and
wrappers, cardboard paper and foam from the materials stored outdoors.
5- They have a large amount of outdoor stored materials up to and against our fence from
the back of their property to almost the road. I have had to straighten my fence many
times from where their materials were pushed into my fence. A lot of the outdoor
stored materials loops life trash, Not a good view from our house,
6- They were having people sneak in at night and asked me if they could put a gate in on
the ditch road behind our place, I Jet them and then had to argue to get the
combination to the lock. Criminal element had not been a problem till they moved in
next to me.
7- Starting their trucks, letting therm sit and warm up has two issues. The noise of the
trucks and the exhaust at times is heavy and even makes inside our house smell.
8- Using the ", Proposed project: ( oil and gas support and services) as long as the use
complies with the general intent of the Agriculture Zone District lard usage request:
U SR for outdoor storage of public utility -related equipment and uses similar to the uses"
isn't the same. The ail and gas support and services come in for a while then leave. His
lousiness isn't planning to leave,
9- In our opinion from ghat we have seen they have no concern of being courteous to us
as their neighbor.
