road to be laid out as follows,to-wit: Commenting at ,i
lin • the north-east corner of section number four (4), township number four (4), range number
sixty-four (64), west, running thence due south along the east side of sections-four (4)
and nine (9), same township and range two (2) miles to the south-east corner of section
number nine (9) aforesaid; running thence due west along the south line of sections
number nine (9) and eight (8), •two miles to the south-west corner of said section number
(8); running thence due north along the west line of sections eight (8) and five (5),
same township and range, two miles to the north-west corner of said section number five (5)
aforesaid and terminating thereat. - •
Said road to be not less than sixty(00)feet in width. ' ,
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road,as above described,and tee,the owners I
of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out,in consideration of the sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand
paid by the said County of Weld,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road,hereby I
agree to give the right of way through our lands,as shown by the plat accompanying this petition,and relinquish all claims for darn- I
age by reason thereof. The said proposed line of road is more fully shown by the following map or plat, to which reference ix herein
made,the same being in / •

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado:
Gentlemen;
We, the undersigned, Citizens and Freeholders of your County, residing within two (2) miles of
the road herein sought to be laid out, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County
wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
The North—Fast Corner of Section Number Four (4), Townshir Nutter
Four (4) , Range Number Sixty—Four (64) ,West,running thence iue South
along the East side of Sections Four (4) and Nine (9)isame Township -and'Rang
Two (2) Miles to the South-East Corner of Section Number Nene (9) aforesaid;
running thence due West along the South line of Sections Number Nine (9)
and Fight (8) ,Two Miles to the South-West Corner of said Section Number (8);
running thence due North along the test line of Sections Eight (8) and
Five (5) , same Township and Range,Two Miles to the' North+West Corner of Said
Section Number Five (5) aforesaid and terminating thereat .
