Rrco.d I RESOLUTION WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on Monday, June 14, 1971, in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing a petition of Husky Oil Co. of Delaware, c/o Hugh E. Kingery, 4040 E. Louisiana Ave. , Denver, Colorado, requesting a change of zone from "A" Agricultural District • to "B.' Business District, and WHEREAS, the petitioner was present, being represented by Rodney M, Day, Denver Division Manager, and WHEREAS, there was no opposition to the change of zone, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testimony and statements of those present, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied ti the request of the petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission, and having been fully informed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that the petition of Husky Oil Co, of Delaware, for change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "B" Business District, said area being more particularly described as follows: A part of the Southwest quarter (SWI) of Section Thirty (30), Township Two (2). North, Range Sixty-four (64) West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Southwest quarter (SWI); thence easterly along the north line of said SWI a distance of 40. 00 feet; thence southerly and parallel to the west line of said SW4 a distance of 1665. 38 feet to the true point of beginning; thence con- tinuing along the aforesaid course a distance of 700, 00 feet to the north line of Interstate Highway Number 80S; thence on an angle to the left of 63° 53' 30" and along said north line a distance of 81. 70 feet; thence on an angle to the left of 580 46' 11" and along said north line on a curve to the right having a radius of 5929. 58 feet and a central angle of 6° 49' 41" an arc distance of 706. 64 feet to a point of tangent; thence along said north line on said tangent a distance of 50. 93 feet to a point of curve. thence along said north line on a curve to the right having a radius of 11, 659, 19 feet and a central angle of 1° 09' 58" an arc distance of 237, 29 feet to a point on the curve; thence on an angle to the left of 65° 19' 58" and parallel to the west line of said SW4 a distance of 262, 72 feet; thence on an angle to the left of 89° 42' 41" and parallel to the north line of said SW-1- a distance of 950. 00 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 13. 730 acres, more or less, is hereby granted under the conditions following: 710022 ,;:.i�O. 785 1.
