RE: DIRECTING CLERK TO THE BOARD TO HAVE PUBLISHED NOTICES OF PUBLIC
HEARINGS FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be directed to
have published notices of public hearings inviting the public to comment on the Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan for community
development and housing needs, including the needs of low- and moderate -income persons, as
well as other needs in the community that might be addressed in the Consolidated Plan through
the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby is, directed to have published notices
of public hearings inviting the public to comment on the Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan, said publications to be on January 15, 2021,
and February 5, 2021.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 11th day of January, A.D., 2021.
