The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Lewan Technology out of
Denver, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $215,139.00 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2100038 - Dell EMC
ECS Archival Storage to Lewan Technology, for a total amount of $215,139.00.
