BEING A VACATION AND REPLAT OF LOTS 9B, 11A, 11B and 11C
OF NORTHWEST ESTATES THIRD FILING
LOCATED IN THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (WIISW4)
OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 67 WEST OF THE
6TH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby sign the replat of
Northwest Estates, Third Filing. Said area is more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of Lot 12A of said
Northwest Estates Third Filing and considering the South
line of said Lot 12A to bear North 83°46' 51" East with
all other bearings contained herein being relative thereto;
Thence North 83°46 ' 51" East along the South line of said
Lot 12A, 241. 70 feet to a point on the Westerly right-of-
way line of Lee Lake Avenue, said point also being the
Southeast Corner of said Lot 12A;
Thence along the Westerly right-of-way line of said Lee
Lake Avenue by the following three (3) bearings and
distances:
South 00°34 ' 03" West, 19 . 29 feet;
Along the arc of a circular curve to the left
having a radius of 330. 00 feet and a chord which
bears South 12°31 ' 06" East a distance of 149. 43 feet;
South 25°36' 14" East, 50. 52 feet to the Northeast
Corner of Lot 10B of said Northwest Estates Third
Filing;
Thence South 64°23 ' 46" West along the North line of said
Lot 10B 200. 00 feet to the Northwest Corner of said Lot 10B;
Thence South 25°36 ' 14" East along the West line of Lot 10B
and l0A of said Northwest Estates Third Filing, 300. 00 feet
to the Southwest Corner of said Lot 10A;
Thence along the arc of a circular curve to the left having
a radius of 50. 00 feet and a chord which bears South 46°23 '
45" West a distance of 30. 90 feet to the Northeast Corner
of Lot 9A of said Northwest Estates Third Filing;
Thence North 61°36 ' 14" West along the North line of said
Lot 9A, 256. 43 feet to the Northwest Corner of said Lot 9A;
Thence North 00°34 ' 03" East, 440. 89 feet to the Point of
Beginning;
Said tract of land contains 2. 516 acres.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made
