Application Review Notification Card
A public hearing will be held before the Weld County Planning
Commission (PC) and a subsequent hearing will be held with
the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Both hearings
will be held in the Hearing Room, Weld County Administration
Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado. Please note the
hearing dates and times listed on the other side of this card for
the proposed project. The Agenda will be posted one week
prior to the hearing.

be met, the file is public information and is available for review at our office. You may

I contacted the company listed below to see if there were any leases or mineral owners of record, even though no one on
the church council could remember ever entering into a lease. Mr. Capen did the search and provided us with a copy of
the lease. I then contacted the church member who had signed the lease and he confirmed that he had processed the
lease in 2010.

This notice is provided by Faith Lutheran Church, 36980 WCR 37, Eaton, CO 80615, per C.R.S.
§ 24-65.5-103 and as required by Weld County, Colorado, to let Canamex, LLC know that the
surface owner of a property in which they may have a mineral interest has applied for a Use by
Special Review. The Use by Special Review approval for the property at 36980 WCR 37, Eaton;
CO, is needed for the maximum allowable number of children served by the existing preschool
to increase from 28 to 45. A preschool has operated continuously on the Church's property
since 1981 and the requested maximum of 45 children in the preschool would require no
increase in the footprint of any existing building or other physical improvements on the site.
