TO CANCEL TAX SALE CERTIFICATE:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, has requested
authorization to cancel County certificate #1123 of the 1912 Tax Sale for the
taxes of 1911 with the taxes of 1912 endorsed thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the County
to cancel said tax sale certificate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, be
and he is hereby authorized to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate #1123 of the
1912 Tax Sale for the taxes of 1911 in the amount of $2.85, with the taxes of
1912 endorsed thereon, in the amount of $6.42, on a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at a point 38 rods from Corner of two highways
W of P 0 at Highlandlake; N 125 feet; E 100 feet; S 125 feet;
W 100 feet to beginning, in the SW4SW& of Section 4, Township 3 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P. M.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on roll call:

Dear Sirs :
County Certificate No. 1123 of the 1912 Tax Sale was issued
to the County for the taxes of 1911 with the taxes of 1912 endorsed
on the certificate on Com at a point 38 rds from corner of 2
highways W of P O at Highlandlake N125 ft E100 ft S125 ft W100 ft
to beg in SW'SW4 : Sec 4 T3 R68 , and since this is an old tax sale
and certificate can not be found on the premises , I , therefore,
request a resolution authorizing County Treasurer to cancel
Certificate 1123 of the 1912 Tax Sale.
