Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of subdivision is more particularly described as follows: All of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 4 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , County of Weld, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence along the North-South Centerline of said Section South 0°33'59" West 2518.88 feet to the Center of said Section; thence along the EastvWest Centerline of said Section North 89°17 30" West 1331.37 feet to the Southwest Corner of said East Half; thence along the West line of said East Half;North 0°36'56" East 2517. 64 feet to the North line of said Northwest Quarter; thence along said North line, South 89°20'42" East 1329.20 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning. The above described parcel is subject to a 30.00 foot right-of-way for County Road along the Northerly portion thereof.
