RESOLUT 'IO1(1
WHEREAS, A. Gordon Brenckle and Donna Marie Brenckle, the sole
owners of the hereinafter described real property, have petitioned and re-
quested that the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado,
consent to the vacation of certain lots and one street contained within that
part of the Second Addition to Brenckle Subdivision, being a subdivision of a
part of Lot Three (3) of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
(SW++-SE4) of Section Nine (9), Township Five (5) North, Range Sixty-five (65)
West of the Sixth P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, according to the subdivision
of land by the Union Colony of Weld County, Colorado, and which part of said
subdivision is described as follows:
Lot Thirteen (13), Brenckle Subdivision; Lots Fourteen
(14) and Fifteen (15), First Addition to Brenckle Subdi-
vision; Lots Sixteen (16) and Seventeen (17), Second
Addition to Brenckle Subdivision; and Bay Avenue from
the north right-of-way of 20th Street to the north lot line
of Lot 17, extended east of the Second Addition of Brenckle
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has satisfied itself that
no roadway or part thereof will be vacated so as to leave any land adjoining
said roadway without an established roadway connecting said land with another
established roadway, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the public and Weld County, Colo-
rado, to have the described lots and road in said subdivision, as contained in
plat or map of same and within the hereinabove described tract of land, vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commis-
sioners, Weld County, Colorado, that all the lots and road within said Brenckle
Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado, as contained in said map or plat thereof,
be and the same are hereby vacated and closed, and that the Chairman of the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, be authorized to sign such a
vacation plat on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners and the people of
the County of Weld, State of Colorado.
Passed and adopted, signed and approved this 3rd day of June, A. D.
1970.
