RE: CREATING CASH REVOLVING FUND IN THE OFFICE OF DEPART-
MENT OF PLANNING, WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that there is a need for a
petty cash revolving fund in the amount of not more than One Hundred
Dollars ($100. 00) to be established in the office of Planning, Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there has been a need
to establish a petty cash fund within the office of the Department of
Planning, Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of
the County to establish such a petty cash account within the office of the
Department of Planning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that until further order of the
Board, a petty cash account, to be known as the "petty cash fund", in the
office of Weld County Department of Planning is hereby established; that
such account shall not exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) at any one
time; and that the Planning Director be responsible for all receipts and
disbursements in the administration of said fund.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on this 4th day of
December, A. D. , 1974.
