Bids were received and opened on July 27, 2021 for B2100114 Dell EMC Data
Protection Air Gap Cyber Recovery. Three (3) bids were received ranging from
$606,313.00 to $820,371.13. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Lewan Technology out of
Denver, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $606,313.00 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2100114 Dell EMC
Data Protection Air Gap Cyber Recovery to Lewan Technology, for a total amount of
$606,313.00.
