DIVISION OF LAND NO. 1311-23-2-RE121
DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 67WEST, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH SECTION 23
PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER ('NW4) :
WHEREAS , on May 5 , 1972 , the General Assembly
of the State of Colorado , enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates
to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and
WHEREAS , on August 30 , 1972 , the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , adopted Subdivision
Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to comply with the
prescribed Senate Bill #35 , and
WHEREAS , the Weld County Planning Commission
has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for
recording of plat number 1311-23-2-RE121 as provided in
Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and
regulations) for Weld County , Colorado .
Said division of land determined to be exempt
from the definition of subdivision is more particularly
described as follows :
A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter
(NW<) of Section 23, Township 2 North, Range 67 West
of the 6th P.M. County of Weld, State of Colorado,
more particularly described as follows : The North
Half (N1) of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of said
Section 23 except the following; Commencing at the
North Quarter Corner (NaCor) of said Section 23;
thence South along the N/S centerline of said Section,
1060. 14 feet; thence on a deflection angle to the
right of 129°00 ' , 1062 . 20 feet; thence on a deflection
angle left of 38°42 ' , 700 feet; thence at an angle
of 90°00' to the right 396 . 00 feet to a point on the
North line of said Section 23; thence Easterly along
the North line of said Section 23, 1523. 42 feet to
the point of beginning. Subject to all easements,
reservations and restrictions of record.
Said tract contains 56 .63 Acres more or less .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the
Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign the plat of a
division of land determined to be exempt from the definition
of Subdivision No. 3 , for recording .
The above and foregoing resolution was , on
