The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Zivaro Inc. out of Denver,
CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $138,101.55 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2100083 Cisco
Unified Communications maintenance and support to Zivaro Inc, for a total amount of
$138,101.55.
