RESOLUTION
DIVISION OF LAND - N0. 1467-27-3-RE-22
DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 68, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, SECTION 27
PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW4) :
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972, the General Assembly of the State of Colorado,
enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes,
and
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to
comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the
Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 1467-27-3-RE-22 as
provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and
regulations) for Weld County, Colorado.
Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
subdivision is more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in the SWe, Section 27, T1N, R68W of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 27, considering
the west line of the SW4, said Section 27, to bear North 0°00'00"
East with all other bearings relative thereto; thence North 0°00'00"
East along the west line of the SWe, said Section 27, a distance
of 906.22 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing
North 0°00'00" East along the said west line of the SWi, said
Section 27, a distance of 507.83 feet to a point; thence North
90°00'00" East, a distance of 655.92 feet to a point; thence South
41°31'26" West, a distance of 123.51 feet to a point; thence North
90°00'00" East, a distance of 27,27 feet to the intersection with
the westerly right-of-way line of the 50 foot Community Ditch, as
constructed; thence South 53°29'15" West along the said right-of-
way line a distance of 121.50 feet to a point of curve; thence on
a curve to the left, having a radius of 286.48 feet and a central
angle of 29°20'30" along the said right-of-way line, a distance of
146.71 feet to a point of tangency; thence South 24°08'45" West
along the said right-of-way line, a distance of 99.79 feet to a
point; thence South 19°36'30" West along the said right-of-way
line a distance of 147.49 feet to a point; thence South 90°00'00"
West, a distance of 322.38 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.
The west 30 feet of the described parcel shall be for County Roadway
purposes, said parcel containing 5.317 acres, more or less, which
acreage shall include the 30 feet for County Roadway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Chiarman be and he is hereby authorized to sign
the plat of a division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
Subdivision No. 1467-27-3-RE-22, for recording
