RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of August 21, 1968, additional
associate members may be appointed to the Weld County Planning Commission,
and
WHEREAS, due to the rapid growth of Weld County, Colorado, the
Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, is of the opinion
that four associate members need be appointed to the Weld County Planning
Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the following be and they
hereby are appointed associate members of the Weld County Planning
Commission for a term of four (4) years beginning December 1, 1970 and
ending December 1, 1974, and that their order of appointment shall be as
follows:
Glenn E. Anderson, first associate member
Leonard Bartels, second associate member
John L. (Tim) Weigand, third associate member
Donald R. Clark, fourth associate member
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the absence of any regular
member or members of the Weld County Planning Commission at any
meeting of the Commission associate members present shall be entitled
to vote in the order of their appointment, beginning with the associate
numbered one and then downward consecutively.
The above and foregoing resolution was on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted this 20th day of January, 1971, nunc pro tune as of
December 1, 1970.
