by and between Weld County, Colorado, a political subdivision of the State
of Colorado, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County Court House,

Lessor(s) , and TREND EXPLORATION LIMITED, Lessee, covering certain land in
the County of Weld, State of Colorado, which land is more particularly des-
cribed in said instrument, a copy of which was recorded September 15, 1970 ,
in Book 633 , Rec. No. 1554633 , Official Records of said County
and State, reference being made thereto for a description of said lands.
