SUBJECT: #B2100109 Motor Graders Qty -2
Fleet Services and Public Works have reviewed all bids that were received for bid
B2100109 and recommends awarding the bid to Wagner Equipment Company of Windsor
Colorado as they are the lowest bidder that meets all specifications. The bid is for two 2022
Caterpillar 160-15AAWD. The cost is $335,651.65 each, for a total of $671,303.30. We will be
taking the option for the trade in of existing GPS equipment on two Motor Graders. The trade
in credit is $25,000.00 making the total $646,606.30.
