The publication of the International Code Council, Inc., known as the International Fuel Gas Code, 2018 Edition, including the International Fuel Gas Code Appendices, are incorporated by this reference as a part of this Building Code for the purpose of providing standards for the inspection of fuel gas systems and the issuance of fuel gas permits in the County, with the following amendments: A. thru E. — No change. F. Add Section 301.16: "Weld County shall not limit or prohibit the installation in new residential or commercial building(s) any system or appliance that uses natural gas or propane for cooking, hot water, space heating or electrical gas generation, or otherwise limit a building owner's ability to use or install a system or appliance that runs on natural gas or propane." BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby is, directed to arrange for Municode to supplement the Weld County Code with the amendments contained herein, to coincide with chapters, articles, divisions, sections, and subsections as they currently exist within said Code; and to resolve any inconsistencies regarding capitalization, grammar, and numbering or placement of chapters, articles, divisions, sections, and subsections in said Code.
