The Clerk is directed to recce! the report,plot the road,draw warrants in favor of parties for damages awarded,and cause notices to be posted of opening of said road,and notify the Road Overseer of proper District to open the same to travel in sixty days as required by law. It appears that you have no signers for sections 7 and 13 adjoining this proposed line of road.. It is important that the County procure a right of way on all proposed roads. �No' action has been taken on your petition for the reason that you have not secured signers for the right of way herein mentioned.
