NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County Commissioners of the County of

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a petition heretofore pre-
sented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, the said
Commissioners have appointed three Road Viewers to meet at point

GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the
public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Section Corner

and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of
one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of JYSId. It
