RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Board of Retirement will soon expire,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Joseph Moylan to said board, with a term to commence on August 1, 2021, and expire July 31,
2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Joseph Moylan, be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of Retirement,
with a term to commence on August 1, 2021, and expire July 31, 2025.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 19th day of July, A.D., 2021.
