RESOLUTION DIVISION OF LAND NO. 1471-2-4-RE118 DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION RANGE66 WEST, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, SECTION 2 Part of the Southeast one-quarter WHEREAS, on May 5 , 1972 , the General Assembly of the State of Colorado , enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and WHEREAS , on August 30 , 1972 , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35 , and WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 1471-2-4-RE118 as provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations) for Weld County , Colorado . Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of subdivision is more particularly described as follows : Beginning at the Southeast Corner said Section 2 ; Thence N89°51 ' 30" W on an assumed bearing along the South line of said Section 2 a distance of 30 . 00 feet; Thence N00°07 ' 00" E and parallel to the East line said Section 2 a distance of 30. 00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Thence continuing N00°07 ' 00" E and parallel to the East line said Section 2 a distance of 1279 . 02 feet to a point on the North line of the Southeast one-quarter Southeast one-quarter said Section 2; Thence N89°55 ' 45" W along said North line a distance of 1290. 56 feet to the Northwest Corner said Southeast one- quarter Southeast one-quarter; Thence S00°04 ' 15" W along the West line said Southeast one-quarter Southeast one-quarter a distance of 1277 .42 feet to a point 30. 00 feet North of the Southwest Corner said Southeast one-quarter Southeast one-quarter; Thence S89°51 ' 30" E and parallel to the South line said Section 2 a distance of 1289 . 53 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
