Agreement between Homestead Events
And
Anthony William Scott at 16341 Highway 392
Both parties understand that the sound level when Homestead Events is hosting events may
exceed the SS DBA between the hours of 7pm and 12 are. Homestead Events agrees to place
the speakers in the Lean-to with sound level at 4, which will result in an average DBA level of
58.x'. Last song for events will be played at 11:45 pry. The ceremony will end by 12 am, with all
guests off the property by 12:30 am.
Homestead Events agrees to continue to work with Anthony William Scott as the venue
develops to ensure that the events are not causing a nuisance. Homestead Events also agrees
to pay Anthony William Scott $200, by 12pm the day after each event that tapes place at
Homestead Events.
